The Sand Seatrout is also known as the white trout. Its body is pale with a tan or yellowish back, fading to a silver or white belly. They have a pair of large canine teeth at tip of upper jaw and the inside of mouth is yellow. The Sand Seatrout has 10-12 soft anal fin rays and lacks dark spots on back and barbels on its lower jaw.
