We can accommodate up to 6 guests per vessel.

We provide everything you need to fish with including licenses. You are responsible for food, drinks (no glass), sunglasses, sunscreen (no spray) and proper attire for the weather.

It is called fishing however, fishing is boring, therefore we prefer to go catching!! The species we target on each trip are specific to the seasons and we offer a wide variety of options. Please note there are seasons and size limits on fish that we strictly adhere to those laws.

We recommend showing up 20 minutes prior to departure. Please note: During peak season March 1st- September 1st (and any holiday weekend throughout the year including the week of Christmas) Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for morning trips, and if driving to the Marina, arrive at least an hour prior to departure for afternoon trips so you can find parking.

It is always the Captain’s discretion as to weather conditions. If the Captain determines it is not safe to get underway due to inclement weather, we will try to move you to another day and if that can’t work out for you, we will refund your money. Please see our cancellation policy.

We never want to run past the fish nor stop short of them either, so it always depends. The length of the trip also plays a huge part in the distance we can get offshore. The longer the trip the further we can run.

Unequivocally yes!! We love fishing with kids and seeing that big smile on their faces. We recommend ages 4 and up. With infants we would prefer they wait a few years prior to coming out with us.

Yes, we do. We don’t mind our guests having a good time we respectfully ask to keep it at beer or wine and save the hard stuff for after the trip. If possible, no glass onboard for safety reasons.

Absolutely. We follow all rules and regulations. Our vessels have both state licenses and federal fishing permits, so you do not need to purchase a fishing license to fish with us. Our captains are USCG licensed and have years of offshore experience before ever taking the helm at Stella Fishing Co., so you can feel confident you’re in great hands.

Yes! Parking is available at Clearwater Beach Marina. We can provide a parking code that allows you to park for $10 per day or $1/hr. Please note that vehicles should not back into parking spaces, as the City of Clearwater may issue a parking ticket.

Yes! At the end of your trip, your captain and crew will fillet and clean your catch dockside. Many of our guests bring their fresh fillets to Crabby’s Dockside or Salt Cracker Fish Camp, both located at Clearwater Beach Marina, where they’ll cook your catch into a delicious meal.

Yes! We provide everything you need for a successful day on the water, including rods, reels, bait, tackle, and all required fishing licenses. If you have a favorite rod or setup you’d like to fish with, you’re more than welcome to bring it along, but it’s certainly not necessary.
