The Crevalle Jack has a back bluish-green to greenish-gold, with a belly that is silver or yellowish. They have a prominent black spot on their gill cover and black spot at the base of each pectoral fin. The second dorsal fin and anal fin are almost identical in size. They can grow up to 20 pounds and are common to see them at 3 to 5 pounds.
